Children who face violence, both emotional and physical, and/or children who are not heard by their caregivers may turn to Børns Vilkår to find the help they need. In 1987, Børns Vilkår launched  BørneTelefonen (Children’s Telephone).

Following the launch of Børne Telefonen, the organisation has added more lines for teenagers and young adults, caregivers, and professionals who work with children.
