We are proud to announce a major milestone for Evnia and the ARETI Biotechnology Deployment Fund.
Evnia’s subsidiary investment platform, the ARETI Biotechnology Deployment Fund, has officially established its new offices in Riyadh’s Kingdom Centre, one of the most iconic landmarks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Positioning our headquarters within such a globally recognized symbol of progress and ambition reflects the scale, intent, and long-term commitment of what we are building. Our new office positions ARETI at the intersection of policy, capital, and execution, enabling close collaboration with national stakeholders while anchoring international partnerships.
The ARETI Biotechnology Deployment Fund is not simply another investment initiative. It is a strategic bridge across regions, institutions, and technologies bringing together world-class biotechnology innovation from Europe and the United States and connecting it with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving health care and life sciences ecosystem.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Ministry of Investment and the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia for their vision, partnership, and continued support. Their leadership and commitment are instrumental in enabling initiatives that foster innovation, accelerate knowledge transfer, and build sustainable capabilities within the Kingdom.
Our presence in Kingdom Centre places us at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s transformation, fully aligned with Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s ambition to transition toward a knowledge-based economy. Biotechnology sits at the core of this transition driving high-value industries, advancing healthcare outcomes, and creating skilled jobs while reducing reliance on imported technologies.
From this new base, we will accelerate:
- The deployment and localisation of cutting-edge biotechnology platforms
- The development of integrated clinical and regulatory pathways
- The creation of a coordinated, cross-border MENA program that transforms global science into regional impact
The Fund will initially deploy USD 100 million into ministry-approved cohorts, supporting high-impact ventures and technologies that can be effectively localised and scaled within the region.
This milestone represents more than the opening of an office. It is the physical embodiment of a long-term commitment to building a robust biotechnology ecosystem that contributes meaningfully to the Kingdom’s economic diversification, strengthens healthcare resilience, and accelerates the shift toward a knowledge-driven future.
We look forward to building this future together with our partners!
